Reaching the Duplin Community

The Rural Empowerment Association for Community Help (REACH) was incorporated in May of 2002 and began its community work in January 2003. The commitment of Board Members, staff and dedicated volunteers has made significant inroads toward addressing and releiving the mental, emotional, economic, employment and education problems of the community of Duplin County.
Some of our projects have included;
- Money Management for Homeownership education
- English/Spanish classes
- Small Business Development
- Black Farmers Economic Enhancement Project
- Community health studies
If you are interested in making a donation or volunteering your assistance, please contact the REACH office at 910-296-1180 or
